Impact+ is an advertising technology company. We develop and maintain software code that Brands, Agencies and Ad Networks integrate in their digital ads to measure, reduce and compensate their communication environmental impact. Our technology measure how many ads are delivered, and the context where they are delivered. In this privacy statement, we call this technology “Impact+ Solution”.

How do we collect data?

You don’t directly provide Impact+ Solution with this data : we receive this data from our technology. Impact+ Solution may also receive this data indirectly from our partners (Brands, Agencies, Ad Networks, Websites or Apps).

How will we use data?

Impact+ collects data so that we can provide Brands, Agencies and Ad Networks, with insights about their campaign’s environmental footprint.Impact+ will not share your data with a third party.

How do we store your data?

Impact+ securely stores your data on the nearest Amazon Web Services data center in which we operate.
Impact+ will keep your data for a maximum of 3 years.
Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data from our databases.

Marketing

We do not use your data for marketing purposes.

What are your data protection rights?

As we do not store any personal data, there is no way for us to retrieve the data we collect based on your personal details. Impact+ would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
